We began VAGA to help you get more out of your mind, your body, and your life.

All of us at VAGA have been frustrated with the lack of comprehensive, data-driven information available online about natural biohacking. We were tired of seeing poor quality websites giving out bad advice or misleading product recommendations. So, we decided to change things.

Every contributor to VAGA is committed to the scientific method – if there is no empirical evidence for a claim, we have no reason to think it is true. As such, you wont find any pseudo-science or unfounded claims on this site!

On VAGA you’ll find a wide range of information relating to biohacking, cognitive enhancement, sleep hacking, as well as general health and wellness.
